By accessing or using VibeReskin ("Service"), operated by Oleksandr Sitnikov ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
VibeReskin is an AI-powered tool that transforms and reskins 2D game assets. The Service uses third-party AI models (including but not limited to OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude) to analyze and generate images based on user-provided inputs.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Your Uploads: You retain all rights to the original assets you upload. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and licenses to use and transform such content.
Generated Outputs: Subject to compliance with these Terms, you own the rights to the AI-generated outputs created through your use of the Service. You may use them for commercial purposes, including in published games and products.
No Guarantees of Uniqueness: AI-generated content may produce similar results for different users. We do not guarantee that outputs are unique or do not resemble existing works.
No IP Infringement Warranty: We do not warrant that generated outputs do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. You are solely responsible for reviewing and clearing generated content before commercial use.

The Service uses artificial intelligence which may produce imperfect, unexpected, or inaccurate results. Generated content should be reviewed by a human before use in production. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated outputs.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices may change with 30 days' written notice. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Unused generations do not roll over to the next billing period.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses caused by service downtime.
Your uploaded assets are processed through third-party AI APIs (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, FAL.ai) for the sole purpose of providing the Service. These providers may process your images on their servers according to their respective terms. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of account deletion, unless required by law to retain it.
If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at alexan.sitnikov@gmail.com with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) identification of the infringing content, (c) your contact information, and (d) a statement of good faith belief. We will respond within 48 hours.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine.
