By accessing or using VibeReskin ("Service"), operated by Oleksandr Sitnikov ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
VibeReskin is a tool for transforming and reskinning 2D game assets. Depending on the operation and current configuration, the Service uses third-party AI services such as Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, fal.ai, and an optional Alibaba Cloud DashScope / Qwen fallback to analyze or generate images from user-provided inputs.
The public website offers an email-only waitlist. The private tool is available only to people who have been given HTTP Basic Auth credentials. These credentials are an access gate, not an application account, profile, or session. Keep them confidential and do not share them without permission.
The operator may rotate or revoke private-access credentials, or otherwise block access, for security, misuse, operational, or legal reasons. You must be legally able to agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction. The Service is designed for professional game-asset workflows, not for children.
Your Uploads: As between you and VibeReskin, we do not claim ownership of the original assets you upload. You give us permission to process and transmit them as needed to perform the operations you request. By uploading content, you represent that you own it or have the rights and permissions needed to use and transform it.
Generated Outputs: Rights in generated outputs depend on applicable law and the terms of the provider used for the operation. VibeReskin does not guarantee ownership, exclusivity, eligibility for commercial use, or non-infringement. Review the relevant provider terms and clear any necessary rights before using an output.
No Guarantees of Uniqueness: AI-generated content may produce similar results for different users. We do not guarantee that outputs are unique or do not resemble existing works.
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
The Service uses artificial intelligence which may produce imperfect, unexpected, or inaccurate results. Generated content should be reviewed by a human before use in production. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated outputs.
The current Service does not implement paid subscriptions, recurring billing, plan quotas, generation credits, or a free-trial conversion flow. Private-access credentials do not create a paid subscription. Provider-cost figures shown in the tool are operational estimates, not charges billed to you by VibeReskin.
If a paid offering is introduced, the applicable price and payment terms will be presented before a charge is made and may be governed by additional terms.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses caused by service downtime.
To perform the operations you request, content may be sent to configured third-party services. The provider used depends on the selected operation and current configuration. Each provider handles data under its own terms, privacy policy, settings, and retention practices. Review our Privacy Policy for the current data flows and provider categories.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS AVAILABLE, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM ITS USE OR UNAVAILABILITY. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
There is no application account to cancel or suspend. The operator may revoke or rotate HTTP Basic Auth credentials, or otherwise block private-tool access, including for a violation of these Terms. Revocation ends future access but does not automatically delete uploaded files, generated outputs, waitlist entries, or operational records.
The Service does not promise deletion within a fixed period. You may request removal of eligible data by using the contact information below. Retention, deletion methods, verification, and rights that may apply are described in the Privacy Policy.
If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, contact us at alexan.sitnikov@gmail.com with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) identification of the content at issue, (c) your contact information, and (d) a statement explaining your good-faith belief. We will review the report and may ask for more information. Response times depend on the report and applicable law.
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The revised page will show its "Last updated" date, and material changes may also be posted on the Service. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine.
